Ain al-Fayda Park is a public park 3 kilometers west of the base of Jebel Hafeet.
It is briefly mentioned under Ain al-Fayda reed beds (now a much smaller area) on page 47 in the Shell Birdwatching Guide.

You can reach the entrance by following the signs to Jebel Hafeet, and instead of turning right to Green Mubazzarah and Jebel Hafeet you continue straight through the roundabout until you see the park entrance on your left.
The park is not particularly good for birds, but holds a good number of White-spectacled Bulbuls, and in season Rufous-tailed Scrub Robin can be common. Wintering Phylloscopus- and Sylvia-warblers can also be found.
Driving through the park you will find a water channel with surrounding reeds and trees, can be good for migrants.
