Squacco Heron / Indian Pond Heron  Ardeola ralloides/grayii

Note lack of dark line from bill to eye (indicating Squacco Heron), but dark mantle and fairly distinct streaking on chest (indicating Indian Pond). Due to the overexposure of the heron, the dark line might actually be present.
